Method:-
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients, except butter & chaat masala, for 15 minutes.
- Skewer the chicken piece & grill in the oven or charcoal for 10 minutes or until golder brown
- Apply melted butter on chicken pieces.
- Remove them from skewers & sprinkle chaat masala on top.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
