Ingredients:-
- 500gms ——– white flour
- 200gms ——– butter or margarine
- 200ml ——– water, cold
- 100ml ——– milk, cold
- 65gms ——– Sugar
- 20gms ——– yeast
- 10gms ——– salt
- 2 ——– eggs
Method:-
- Mix all the ingredients, except butter, well.
- Let the dough stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Make a whole in the dough from the top & put butter inside. Close the dough.
- Now roll it into a sheet, give it one fold & place it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Repeat the same process till you have 3 folds.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into pieces (about 35 gms each). Roll out each piece into a 3mm thickness square.
- Cut diagonally into a triangle & roll from the cut side towards the tip.
- Seal the edges and glaze with the egg white.
- Bake at 200 degrees C for 12 minutes.
- Server with tea or Milk for your breakfast or make a sandwich.
