Enough for 5 to 6 persons
Ingredients:-
- 6 cups —- Maida (white flour)
- 6 tsp —- Milk powder
- 1 cup —- Evaporated milk
- 5-7 tsp —- Sugar
- 200 gm —- Oil
- 2 tsp —- Baking powder
- 3 tsp —- Yeast
- 1 —- Egg
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Pour this into the center of the flour and knead adding water if necessary to form soft dough.
- Cover with a wet cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
- Now divide the dough into 11 to 12 balls.
- Roll out into flat round shape and make sure it is as thick as a pizza’s crust.
- Bake in oven at 350′ and take it out when it is light brownish color.
- Server hot as supporting dish with any Qorma, Kebab, Curry, Handi etc.
