Ingredients:-
- 1.5 kg —– Ground beef
- 1 —– Onion, finely chopped
- 1 —– egg
- 2 tsp —– Zeera ( Cumin )
- 2 tsp —– Paprika
- 1 tsp —– Chili powder
- 1 tsp —– Haldi ( Turmeric powder )
- Half tsp —– Dalchini ( Cinnamon )
- Half cup —– Hara Dhania, chopped ( Coriander )
Method:-
- Combine all the ingredients & form thick sausages.
- Thread onto skewers. Preheat grill & oil cooking grate.
- Place koftas on hot grill & cook for about 8 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with pita bread ( as a Moroccan tradtion ) or Chapati roti and raw onion rings.
- Eat with chutney or raita make it great spicy taste.
