This recipe also known as sausage meat rolls
Ingredients
- 400 gms —- spicy beef sausages
- 2 tsp —- oil
- 2 —- medium-sized onions, chopped
- 1 clove —- garlic, chopped
- 1-2 tsp —- cumin powder
- ½ tsp —- chopped coriander
- 2 tsp —- dried crushed chillies
- 1.5 cup —- cheddar cheese, greted
- Parathas, to roll & serve
- Salt & pepper to taste
Meat rolls with cheese Preparation:
- Squeeze sausage meat our of the casings.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add sausage meat & fry over medium heat, stirring to break up the meat.
- Add onion, garlic, fresh chillies & cumin & fry till meat is cooked (about 10 minutes).
- Mix in half the coriander & season to taste with salt & pepper.
- Mix together remaining coriander, dried chilles & grated cheese.
- Spoon into a greased casserole dish & sprinkle with the cheese mixture.
- Make in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese has just melted.
- Spoon into warm parathas, roll & serve.
