Ingredients:-
- 250 ml —- milk
- 1 —- small cinnamon sticks (dalchini) stick
- Half tsp —- freshly grated nutmeg (Jaiphal)
- Half tsp —- maple syrup
- Ovaltine (suitable quantity)
Food preparation:
- place milk, cinnamon stick & nutmeg in a saucepan & warm gently.
- Allow to infuse for at least half an hour.
- Add maple syrup & ovaltine, stir to dissolve.
- When the milk is hot strain into a mug.
- You could infuse double the amount & refrigerate it to use the next day.
